How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For the Strawberry Crème dress, orders are estimated to ship out early-mid August.
Each Dollcetti piece is part of a small, limited release. We produce in small-scale batches. Preorder timelines are estimates. While we do our best to deliver within the stated window, small delays can happen due to manufacturing or shipping logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these windows.
How is your clothing made?
Every Dollcetti piece is designed with love in Miami and produced in partnership with a carefully chosen, ethical manufacturer based in China. We’ve spent months perfecting each dress—refining every detail, adjusting samples, and ensuring the final result reflects the care and softness behind the brand. Our manufacturer was selected for their commitment to quality, fair working conditions, and focus on high-quality, small-scale production.
Once the pieces arrive in Miami, they’re carefully checked and packaged again by hand—ensuring every order feels as special as it’s meant to. From the first sketch to the final ribbon-tied box, every Dollcetti piece is made with love and sugar!
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
- For our U.S. dolls: All orders ship from Miami, so you won’t need to worry about customs, import duties, or extra fees—just a pretty box arriving at your doorstep.
- For our international dolls: Depending on your country’s rules, your package might be subject to local customs or duties when it arrives. These are set by your local government and aren't included in our prices.
What sizes do you offer?
Our first collection is currently available in XS to XL. As a small brand just starting out, we’re working within limited production minimums—but we care deeply about inclusivity and are actively exploring ways to expand our sizing as we grow. This brand was created to help people see the beauty that’s always been theirs, and that beauty exists in every body. If your size isn’t available right now, please know we haven’t forgotten you. Why are your drops limited? Will you restock?
We believe in slow, intentional fashion. Each collection is made in small quantities to reduce waste and keep things special—so when you pre-order, you’re part of something rare and carefully made. Once a drop sells out, it may not come back.
